Position: JUNIOR ASSOCIATE (CORPORATE)
Position Overview:
LMA (Liaquat Merchant Associates) is interested in recruiting a Junior Associate with post-qualified experience (PQE) of 1 – 3 years to join its existing team in the Corporate Department.
Key Responsibilities:
The role would be to work closely with the Partners in relation to a broad range of corporate matters including banking and financial services, company law, energy, e-commerce and technology etc. The role will heavily involve covering a full range of banking work, including conventional and Islamic finance and opinions on various aspects of finance and banking.

Qualifications & Skills:
LMA is interested in a dynamic individual with excellent academics, who is looking to develop their long-term career in a top-tiered law firm. The candidate will be required to assist the Partners and should have effective research and writing skills.
- The successful candidate will be a law graduate, preferably with a post-graduate qualification (BPTC or LPC) with PQE of 0 – 3 years.
- Strong Academics (minimum 2:1 degree)

- Ability to formulate, consider and select the most appropriate solutions
