Alizeh Shaikh is an alumnus of the University of London, having graduated with an LLB (Hons), and is currently pursuing a Post-Graduate Diploma in Corporate Laws from the Institute of Business Management (IBA). She has been actively engaged in advising local and international clients and rendering legal opinions to private entities on matters pertaining to company law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.

Her corporate and commercial practice includes drafting of agreements, regulatory documentation, and transactional advice for companies and financial institutions. She works in close coordination with the Senior Partner and other Partners of the firm on a broad spectrum of matters. Her responsibilities include opinion writing, legal research, and the vetting and drafting of legal instruments concerning labour laws, and company incorporation, among others.

Additionally, Alizeh has handled property-related matters for the firm and has reviewed various documents for properties offered as collateral by banks and financial institutions. Prior to joining LMA, she was associated with a leading law firm where she received training in project finance and corporate laws.
